You have up to 30 days from reception of your order to exchange your item or request a refund.
It’s very simple! Just follow the 3 steps below:
1. Drop us an email at support@iuiga.com with the subject “Exchange/ Return Request - Your Order Number”, to process your returns/exchanges. Please include your Name, Contact Number and Reasons for Exchanging/ Returning in the email.
2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review Exchange/ Return eligibility.
3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post to the following address:

We recommend you to send the items by registered mail.
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items via your wallet credit. For more information, consult the Exchanges and Returns section.
At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website or app.
