Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at a pick-up fee.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. So if you change your mind, don’t worry about it! You may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received the item, no questions asked. Refunds will be issued to your IUIGA wallet in the form of shopping credits,  all you have to do is to mail the item back to us and we will take care of the rest! Simply fill in our IUIGA Exchange/ Return Form.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Request for a replacement by filling in our IUIGA Exchange/ Return Form.

If you prefer another color or size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state in our IUIGA Exchange/ Return Form. the item you wish to exchange and the new color or size preferred.

If your preferred color or size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said item.

If you wish to exchange your item for another item, we will refund you store credits so you can reorder your preferred item.

Please report any visible damages and discrepencies within 7 days of delivery. Issues reported after 7 days will be screened on a case by case basis.

Please ensure your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

● Within 30 days after delivery 
● New condition and unused 

● Original packaging 

The refund processing period may vary between 3 to 12 working days from reception of your return at our office. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email and the refund will be made into your wallet credit in the form of shopping credits.

All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent, the return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee ($7)

While some companies include return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way, you’re not paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.

Please also note that vouchers and promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the Final Paid Price (after discount) will be refunded.

You can change your password and credit card details at any time under My Account. To do so, click on your username at the top section in My Account.

If you cannot remember your password, you can recover it easily under Forget Password section in My Account. Simply enter your email address and we will send you an email with a verification code that will allow you to create a new password.

Your “Wallet” in your IUIGA account allows you to accumulate store credits that can be used to pay for your IUIGA purchases. Want to check how much Store Credit you have? Ensure you are logged in to your account and the amount will be displayed when you click on “Wallet". You can also track your transaction history and credit validity period.

Store credits are issued in the following scenarios:

1. You have successfully referred a friend to earn Referral Credits.  
2. You have received/ bought a Gift Card and redeemed the gift card credits.
3. You are returning an item and wallet credit was refunded into Refund Balance.

Your Wallet Credits are thereby divided into 3 different portions: Gift Card Credits, Referral Credits and Refund Credits.

When you choose to use your Wallet credits during payment, your credits will be deducted in the following order: Referral Credits > Gift Card Credits > Refund Credits.

Referral Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion codes. Friend Referral Credits have a validity of 90 days from date of successful referral. This validity period will reset to 90 days if your current Friend Referral Credits validity period falls below 90 days. The validity period will not be reset if your Friend Referral Credits exceeds 90 days.

When the system generates a refund, the refund will be reflected under Refund Credits. Please note that any refunded store credit that is used on a new order, can only be refunded as store credit. Refund Credits have no expiry date.

-Recipient’s Email Address: You can send a gift card to a maximum of 99 recipients.
-Your Name: System will reflect your default registered name. You can choose to edit your name if you wish.
-Date Gifted: Have the option to send a gift card instantly or schedule it on a special day at anytime you like! 
-Personal Message: Include your well wishes in this section. 
-Quantity: You can add an additional gift card with a different value when sending to only 1 recipient. When sending to multiple recipients, you can only send a gift card of the same value. 
-Save gift card details to process payment next. 

Step 3: Process payment and you are good to go!

The recipient of your IUIGA Gift Card will receive an email notifying them that they have received an IUIGA Gift Card from you after payment is approved. A unique Gift Card code will also be enclosed for them to redeem the Gift Card. Please check your email send status under Order Details.

When you choose to send a Gift Card instantly, an email with a unique Gift Card code will be sent to your recipient immediately after payment is approved. If you did not receive the email or deleted the email by accident, you can resend the email by clicking "RESEND".

When you choose to schedule a Gift Card to be sent at a later date, the email with unique Gift Card code will only be sent on your designated date and time. If you wish to obtain the unique Gift Card code in advance, you can click “SEND” to get the redemption code in advance.

Note: The email cannot be resent again after the unique Gift Card code has been successfully redeemed.

Note: We will need to verify your phone number the first time you redeem a gift card for account security purposes. You can only redeem one gift card at a time. If you wish to redeem more than one Gift Card, you will need to redeem multiple times.

IUIGA gift cards can be redeemed either online or in-store. 

Once credited into your Wallet, the Gift Card will be valid for 1 year from date of redemption and will not be transferable. Upon redemption, the holder will receive store credit on his or her IUIGA account for the amount stated on the gift card. Store credits from Gift Cards can be used for multiple transactions. 

All Gift Cards and credits are non-exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or resold. 

Products purchased using a Gift Card will only be refunded in store credits.  

IUIGA reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from this Gift Card.

Using voucher codes to enjoy savings is as easy as 1-2-3! Read on to know more on how to use a voucher code. Do note that you can use only one voucher code per order. So do save your codes for your next purchases!

Some vouchers are only applicable with a minimum spending. In such cases, check that your order value meets the spending requirement. Once you sign up for an account on our app or on IUIGA.com, you will be able to start sending your unique referral link to your friends via email and Facebook.

When your friend signs up for an account via this link, they will be awarded with S$ 10 referral credits for their first purchase over S$ 100. Once your friend's purchase is successful, we will then review the transaction for any unusual activities and credit S$ 10 referral credit into your account. 

Do note that you will too need to spend a minimum of $100 to use this $10 referral credit, but there is no cap on the credits used per purchase as long as you meet the minimum spend. For example, if you successfully refer 3 friends and have a total of S$ 30 referral credits, you can offset S$ 30 as long as you make a purchase over S$ 100. 

All referral credits come with a 90 days validity period. 

It will take around 2-3 business days for you to receive your referral credits after your friend's successful purchase.

Your referral credits will be reflected in My Wallet as Wallet Credits. Upon check out, click on 'Use Credits' to offset your purchase.

We want you to share your IUIGA experience with as many people as possible. Referral credits will be awarded when you refer people who are new customers.

The Referred Customer must have a different name, email address, along with different billing and shipping information (including but not limited to name, address, phone numbers, payment method) from the Referrer.

Your friend must sign up via your unique link and not through other means and spend a minimum of S$ 100 on their first purchase to offset the S$ 10 referral credits. IUIGA will review all referrals at any time and refund any orders that have been placed through incorrect methods or violate the terms and conditions.

You will need to spend a minimum of S$ 100 to use the S$ 10 referral credits.  The S$ 10 referral credits will not be applicable for a gift card purchase, and if you choose a gift card for your first purchase, the credits will not be available for the second purchase. Referral credits are valid for 90 days. Outstanding credits after 90 days will be void. 

IUIGA may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user's ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

Yes, we can hold your order for up to 30 days from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. You can choose any delivery date within the 30 days item is stored in our warehouse, simply email us at support@iuiga.com to schedule a date.

If you need to hold your order for more than 30 days, a 5% charge on your item price will be charged per month, subjected to GST.

We recommend you to measure the space where you would like to display your furniture and any doorways / elevator it needs to pass to get there. This will ensure that your furniture arrives safely at your home.

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), eNets, GrabPay, Alipay and WeChat Pay. All payments are charged in SGD. Please note that items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by IUIGA.

We have established our very own service to ensure your delivery is professionally handled by our in-house logistics team.

Our delivery team performs deliveries to most areas in Singapore from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). The estimated delivery time for your delivery depends on the area that your delivery address is located, and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.

The delivery date/ time slot that you have chosen only serves as an indication of your preferred delivery timing. We strive to keep to your preferred timing, but on rare occasions, the timing may be subjected to change due to scheduling constraints. IUIGA will ensure that the best effort is made to schedule your delivery within your preferred time slot.

Do ensure that the lift(s) in your building are serviceable and provide suitable access to the same level for the delivery of your order items.

We have a range of lead times, depending on when, what and how many pieces of furniture you are ordering. We take pride in building a robust shopping system for customers to understand when the items are dispatched from our local warehouse. Each item comes with its own lead time as they could be in our local/overseas warehouse, in production, or made to order. You can view the individual lead times on each product page.

We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays except public holidays at the following time slots: 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 6pm.

We do deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays.

We do not deliver based on specific dates, but you will be contacted at least one day in advance when your products are ready to be delivered. You can then choose a suitable delivery time slot.

If you are not able to be home during the delivery window, you can authorise someone to receive the goods on your behalf. You just need to ensure that the authorised person checks the condition of the delivered item and premises before signing off on the delivery order.

Should there be any issues, you will need to note down the defect and sign off on the delivery order that will be returned to us followed by sending an email stating the defect to support@iuiga.com. We will not accept any discrepancies reported after the delivery and after the delivery order has been signed clean.

Should such incidents happen, we will assess if the furniture can be carried up via stairs in a non-hazardous manner. If the process is deemed hazardous, e.g prone to damage on narrow stairway or obstructing passage, IUIGA reserves the right to cancel the delivery and refund your order less 20% processing fee.

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe,  additional charges per item will apply as follows and this amount will be payable directly to the delivery team before they bring the items up.

● S$10 per item per non lift-accessible storey

● To be paid directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement

● Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes

Disclaimer: IUIGA reserves the right to rearrange an alternative delivery date should the predetermined timing not allow for immediate delivery, as there may be other pending deliveries scheduled for that day.

Yes, we offer disposal service for like-for-like items (e.g. the disposal of your old TV console when we deliver your new TV console) for a minimal fee. We require you to first disassemble your old furniture prior to our delivery partners’ arrival. To request for disposal service, please email us at support@iuiga.com at least 3 working days before your confirmed delivery date.

Please ensure that the items meant to be disposed of will fit in the lift / can be dismantled with ease. Furniture to be disposed must also be free from termites and bed bugs or any other living organisms. Kindly be informed that we do not dispose of any heavy item above 70kg. IUIGA reserves the right to reject disposal items upon collection if found unfit to the above conditions.

If you are not present to receive your scheduled furniture delivery at the time slot stated, our delivery team will return the items to our warehouse. Our delivery team will reschedule the delivery or process a refund, with a restocking fee of 10% per delivery order for invoices valued below S$500, or S$100 per delivery order for invoices valued above S$500.

IUIGA reserves the right to reject any returns if the item does not meet all of the above conditions and if it's no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

Non-exchangeable and non-returnable items include:

Mattress, Pillows, Bolster, Cushion Covers & Inserts, Bedding Covers, Towels, Mats, Bathroom Accessories and other hygiene related products.

To return an item, simply fill in our IUIGA Exchange/ Return form or email us at support@iuiga.com and wait for our Customer Success team to get back to you within 3 working days with the next available timing for us to pick up the item.

Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the Return Eligibility conditions will be rejected. After the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be processed. All refunds will take 7 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.

Please note that it may take the bank up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your credit card account. However, for some banks, it will only reflect in your next monthly statement.

Please note that promo codes or vouchers cannot be reissued if you return your order. Thus, you will not be able to use the same promo code or voucher for another order if the promotion has ended. If you return an item which was purchased using a promo code or voucher, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

Refund Process

Shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics. If you decide to return an item, a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following:

Purchase Price - Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).

Please do note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order.

It is important to find the perfect piece of furniture for your home, so we completely understand if you want to change your furniture for something more suitable for your space. Simply email us at support@iuiga.com with your Order Number and the items to exchange with, and our Customer Success team will follow up with you promptly.

Kindly note only items with original packaging in brand new condition will be accepted for exchange. To discourage customers from abusing our return and exchange policy, we charge a 20% restocking fee for every item that is collected back after it has gone out for delivery, including items that come back for an exchange. 

We are really sorry for delivering the wrong item to you. Please email us at support@iuiga.com so our Customer Success team can look into it and help you with an exchange promptly. Do provide us with your Order Number, product name of what you ordered and what was wrongly sent. We will reply within 3 working days.

We are really sorry your order is not complete. Please email us at support@iuiga.com so our Customer Success team can look into it and have the missing item redelivered at your earliest convenience. Do provide us with your Order Number, product name of what is missing. We will redeliver the item(s) at your earliest convenience.

We are really sorry your item did not reach you in good condition. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or repair. Please email us at support@iuiga.com with your Order Number and product name of what is defective so our Customer Success team can follow up with you directly. 

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days after items are returned to the warehouse. Your refunded amount will also be processed within 7 working days for cancelled orders (before an item has been shipped). Depending on your bank's clearing out policy, it may take the bank another 7 - 10 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

All refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment unless otherwise stated.

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order or any item(s) in your order, please notify us at least 3 working days before the date of agreed delivery and you will be refunded with no additional charges incurred. (Note: The day/date you inform us on the cancellation will NOT be regarded as a working day in advance).

Items that are custom made or on clearance/ sale/ discount cannot be cancelled.

In the event you wish to cancel your existing order and place a new order, kindly note that a new delivery lead time will be given at the time of new purchase.

All refunds will take 7 working days to process and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. However, IUIGA reserves the right to change the mode of refund.

Any cancellation within 3 working days of agreed delivery date will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the final price paid (after discounts, if any) due to logistics and handling.

Warranties on furniture products sold by IUIGA do not require registration. Your email invoice serves as a proof of purchase for these items. 

Warranty period differs with each product. You may see the warranty available on each product page. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received.

This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.

Limitations and exceptions of our warranty include:

● Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.

● This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or damage from pets.

● This warranty does not apply if the item is used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.

● Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorised by IUIGA will void this Warranty.

● This Warranty does not cover items marked as ‘AS-IS’ or any form of Display items at the time of purchase.

● This Warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from IUIGA.

● IUIGA’s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at IUIGA’s sole discretion.

● Any item repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by the limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

● This Warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.

● In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the purchaser.

You will see two prices under each Group Buy listing. The “Buy It Alone” price is the original price of the item on our website or app. The “Group Buy Price” is the nett price of each Group Buy item. In order for you to enjoy the special Group Buy Price, all requirements for a successful Group Buy must be fulfilled.

No, the product price does not include delivery fees. You can self-collect your Group Buy orders from our Retail+ stores, selecting this option would be free. If the Doorstep Delivery option is preferred, a fee top-up would be requested during checkout.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, AliPay, eNETS and Wechat Pay. If you have credits in your IUIGA account, you are able to use that as an option to pay for your purchase as well.

Each Group Buy listing requires a minimum no. of people to join Group and purchase in order for us to provide these products at discounted prices. There are several reasons for order cancellations:

Cancellation of a Group Buy order could be due to either one or a combination of the above mentioned reasons.

Items bought under Group Buy will be shipped either to your doorstep or delivered to the Retail+ stores for self collection. The cut-off time for next day doorstep delivery is 3pm daily. If your Group Buy expires before 3pm, it will be considered as part of today’s orders and delivered tomorrow. If your Group Buy expires after 3pm, it will be considered as part of next day’s orders and delivered the day after next.  

Sorry, changing of shipping method is not possible after checkout to ensure efficient handling and delivery of orders.

Combining of parcels is not possible as each Group Buy product is already discounted. Your normal IUIGA order will have to be sent as an individual parcel.

Yes, all Group Buy products bought under the same Group can be shipped together as one parcel to a single address. The Group Buy leader will get to enjoy free next day delivery to his or her address. Other invited members of the Group Buy also have the option of shipping their purchases to the Group Leader’s address to enjoy free shipping.

Alternatively, each Group Buy order can also be sent as an individual parcel to each person involved in the Group Buy, who can then choose FREE self-collection of parcel at our Retail+ stores or top up for next day doorstep delivery.

You may login to your account online or on the app to check your Point balance in your account summary. 

The IUIGA loyalty program has 4 tiers - Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can refer to this table for the number of points needed to progress to the next tier. Your status is valid as long as you make a repurchase within 12 months. For example, to become a Platinum Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of $1,500 and above within 12 months. Your status is valid as long as you make a purchase before 12 months is up.  

To maintain your membership status, you must accumulate a minimum number of Points within 12 months from the date you qualified. For example, if you spend less than S$999 but more than S$100, you will be placed in the Silver Member status. If you spend less than S$100, you will be placed in the Member status. 

Luggage Warranty

Your IUIGA luggage is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. The limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the product from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies if the usability of the luggage is adversely affected by a material or manufacturing fault already present at the time of receipt.

This limited warranty shall not apply under certain circumstances:

- an accident from the outside such as falls, blows or damage during flight or transport (e.g. deformation, cracks, body breakages, scratches and tear etc.);

- misuse or modification of the product;

- normal wear and tear (e.g. exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, stains etc.)

It is imperative that you inspect your luggage immediately after handling by anyone other than you. If your luggage is damaged during transport, we ask that you submit a claim and take the matter up directly with your carrier.

Our IUIGA warranty allows you to have your product repaired or replaced subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, but it does not open up a right to damages. Incidental and indirect damages as well as labour costs and damages attributable to third parties other than IUIGA's repair centre are not covered by the warranty.

Before returning to repair your IUIGA product, please contact us by clicking here (https://www.iuiga.com/exchange.html) .  IUIGA will then decide if the defect is covered by our warranty,  and whether it is reparable or not, with the following outcomes:

1) The product is covered under warranty and:

a) The product is reparable - the product will be repaired at IUIGA's expense and returned to you.

b) The product is not reparable - If the same product is in stock, IUIGA will send you a replacement.

2) The product is not covered under the warranty and IUIGA has the right to return back your products unrepaired, and you will bear the return costs.

You are responsible for all costs of getting the product to our IUIGA service address as stated (3 Ubi Ave 3, Crocodile House #04-01 S408857) including but not limited to the cost of packaging and shipping etc. Replacement of the product covered by warranty does not result in extension of the initial duration of the commercial warranty.

IUIGA reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without any notice.

Warranty coverage applies to brand new unit with proof of purchase invoice which is inclusive of display unit sold at IUIGA Retail+ Stores.

1. During the said applicable warranty period, IUIGA Technologies Pte Ltd ("hereinafter referred to as We, Us and Our") will furnish without charge labour, transport, and/or replacement parts (or pay for same) necessary to repair or replace the product specified under the warranty period ("Product") due to defects in the material or manufacturing faults subject to the terms and conditions hereunder.

2. THIS LIMITED LOCAL WARRANTY ("this warranty") DOES NOT COVER MINOR IMPERFECTIONS IN PRODUCTS THAT MEET DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OR IMPERFECTIONS THAT DO NOT MATERIALLY ALTER FUNCTIONALITY. WE MAKE NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEES, PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES, RISK FREE GUARANTEES, ERROR FREE GUARANTEES. ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, USE OR MERCHANTABILITY. WHETHER BY STATUE, COMMON LAW OR OTHERWISE ARE EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAWS.

3. TIME FOR SERVICE. Service will be available during Our Operation Hours.

4. PLACE OF SERVICE. Service will be provided at the location of Our Service Center.

5. The Product when covered under this warranty shall include only its original configuration, design or specifications. Unless otherwise provided herein, coverage does not and will not apply to any non-functional parts, accessories that are used in conjunction with or to enhance the performance of the covered Product.

6. To be eligible for the warranty coverage, (i) You shall have to contact us by emailing us at support@iuiga.com and/or (ii) show valid proof of purchase as and when required. Please note that Products which are not registered in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, without valid proof of purchase and/or with proof of purchase that has been altered or illegible, shall be deemed to be outside the cover of this warranty.

IUIGA will then decide if the defect is covered by our warranty,  and whether it is repairable or not, with the following outcomes:

1) The product is covered under warranty and:

a) The product is repairable - the product will be repaired at IUIGA's expense and returned to you.

b) The product is not repairable - If the same product is in stock, IUIGA will send you a replacement.

2) The product is not covered under the warranty and IUIGA has the right to return back your products unrepaired, and you will bear the return costs.

You are responsible for all costs of getting the product to our IUIGA Service Center address as stated (3 Ubi Ave 3, Crocodile House #04-01 S408857) including but not limited to the cost of packaging and shipping etc. Replacement of the product covered by warranty does not result in extension of the initial duration of the commercial warranty.

7. If there are any missing part(s), faults and/or defects which do not conform to the sales contract, invoice or packaging ("Defects") which can reasonably be discovered through visual inspections on the date of purchase or immediately thereafter must be reported within seven (7) days of date of purchase, failing which, no Defects will be deemed to be present at the time of purchase. Claims relating to such Defects must be supported in writing by; or processed through, filling up the IUIGA Exchange/ Return form and liaising with our Customer Service team.

8. We reserve the right to impose charges for services on the Product which are outside the cover of the warranty. We also reserve the right to decline to provide service where the Product is obsolete, no longer deemed serviceable or replaceable for any reason. Products after servicing or inspections must be collected within three (3) months from the date of notification. We may dispose of the Product which remains uncollected after three (3) months, without notice to You, in any way We deem fit and We may also claim any damages from You including any costs for the storage of the Product. We reserve the right of lien for unpaid charges.

9. Time shall not be of the essence as Our services can be inadvertently affected by factors outside Our control. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages howsoever arising out of delays, loss of use, etc, nevertheless, We shall make reasonable efforts to inform You in the event where the service may exceed one (1) month of date of service request.

10. If the Product or a unit, consumables, part or subassembly requires repair, We may, at Our option and discretion, repair, replace or exchange it with an equivalent product, unit, consumables, part or subassembly that is new or refurbished. We will retain the replaced part or product that is exchanged during service as Our property, and the replacement part or product will become Your property. Repaired, replaced or exchanged part or product will continue to be under warranty for the remaining Product warranty period.

11. This warranty is good only to the person named as the receiver of the Product in the Order Receipt and is not assignable and/or transferable.

12. We shall reserve the right to vary the coverage or refuse to cover Products which in Our records indicate are "As-Is" or "Clearance".

13. We shall reserve the right to vary, modify or change the terms and conditions herein due to change(s) in availability of services, products and/or spare parts or for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, with or without notice.

14. LIMITATIONS OF COVERAGE - This warranty Does Not Cover:

(i) Any Product purchased outside mainland Singapore.

(ii) Damage, fault or failure due to alteration or repairs made by anyone other than Us, or the use of supplies and accessories other than those manufactured by Us.

(iii) Damage, fault or failure due to causes beyond Our control including, but not limited to, repairs necessary due to operator negligence, improper installation, damage caused by spillage of foods/liquids, wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage, abnormal voltage, excessive heat, dust, corrosive surroundings, chemical reaction, failure to maintain the Product, failure to operate or use the Product according to instructions, accident, mishandling, misuse, tampering, vandalism, theft, fire, lightning, flood, wind, freezing, power failure, static, normal wear and tear, pests, vermin, foreign matter entering the Product, inadequate or excess power supply, unusual atmospheric conditions, or acts of war or acts of God.

(iv) Damage, fault or failure resulting from software, virus(es), electrical wiring and connections, user facilitated minor adjustments and settings, external antenna or local reception problems, structural problems of Your premises, inaccessible Products or parts, negligence, misuse, tampering or abuse, whether wilful or not.

(v) Damage, fault or failure due to improper transportation, inappropriate storage conditions or materials, improper ventilation, reconfiguration of the Product, movement of the Product.

(vi) Damage, fault or failure due to or arising out of, transit or delivery, packing, unpacking, assembly, installation, dismantle, relocation or removal.

(vii) Non failure problems that do not require parts and intermittent issues, including without limitations, reception and/or incompatibility issues, demonstration, training, reminders, adjustments, set-up, installations, battery change, replenishing of consumables, short circuit, routine maintenance and servicing, periodic checkups, cleaning, checking of improper operation or incorrect use. We will not pay for adjustments or repairs required because of conditions at Your location or specific to You.

(viii) Cosmetic defects, reduced or impaired functionality, reduced lifespan or limitations of Products which, in Our records indicate, are second hand, "Used", "Refurbished", "Open Set" or "Display Sets".

(ix) Any utilization of Product that is inconsistent with either the design of the Product or the way the manufacturer intended the Product to be used. Any installation and/or modifications that prevents normal service. Any and all cases in which a reasonable manufacturer of such a product would not honour the warranty of the Product.

(x)  Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage such as, but not limited to corrosion, scratches, dents, rust, stains. Non-functional parts such as, but not limited to, plastics and finishes. Expendable or lost items, such as, but not limited to cables, ear buds or head phones.

(xi) Consequential losses and/or damages as a result of malfunctioning of, damage to, failure of an operating part of the covered Product, or damages, fault or failure as a result of any repairs or replacements under this warranty. Damages, fault or failure caused by delays in rendering of Our services or loss of use during servicing or otherwise awaiting parts are not covered. You are responsible for creating backups of all Your data and software on a regular basis.

(xii) Damages, fault, failure, imperfections, caused by abuse, tampering, illegal use, negligence, prolonged use or operation.

(xiii) Products that are leased, rented, used exceeding normal limits, used continuously and/or subject to abuse, unreasonable, abnormal or extreme operations.

15. We reserve the rights to charge You for any reasonable and applicable costs and expenses (at prevailing rates) relating to or arising out of the repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances.

The Product when covered under this limited manufacturer warranty shall include only its original configuration, design or specifications. Unless otherwise provided herein, coverage does not and will not apply to any consumable items, non-functional parts, accessories that are used in conjunction with or to enhance the performance of the covered Product.

16. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES AND/OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST TIME, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, DELAYS IN SERVICING OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE ON ANY COVERED PRODUCT.

17. The defective Products or parts thereof covered under this warranty shall be repaired or replaced (with comparable and/or refurbished equipment or parts) as determined by us in our sole discretion free of charge. Save for personal injury and death caused by our own negligence and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the remedies in this warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies and our liability, howsoever arising out of, relating to or in connection with this warranty, shall not under any circumstances exceed the Product purchase price.

18. None of Our employees, distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, agents has the authority to vary, modify or amend any of the terms and conditions of this warranty.

19. Our decisions regarding all matters concerning this warranty shall be final and binding.

20. This warranty is governed under Singapore law and does not affect Your statutory rights as a consumer in any way.
