yup im very sastified im never expected to get new luggage when i reported that one of my latches got problem as i thought they will just change the latch instead they change the whole new luggage i felt the service is well handed with ..tanx again i luv e luggage so much !!

Very impressed with the look and quality of the luggage. Comes with two TSA locks whic hcan be set differently. Interior looks classy and it’s easy to wheel around. Hope it works fine during my vacation.

The luggage received have two tone colour on one side. Paint job is bad.

Pros: exterior well built. Aluminium gave it a premium feel. Separator compartment is useful. Cons: Interior - expected more for this price. Interior fabric was sloppily glued on. Can even see glue. Other samsonite or tumi luggage don’t have this issue.

I need your urgent help. I got the pacakge today and found it good except one wheel... the wheel has a strange noise while other three wheels are fine. Can you replace the wheel or replace the luggage? Need to use it in two weeks. Need your help yo change quickly. Please contact me asap.
