The Dryer wont switch on . It was not working the moment it arrived. Refund or exchange is such a hassle process. No one manning the chat with us counter and BOT kept asking me to start the dryer by following the set up instructions but its OBVIOUSLY NOT WORKJNG. The refund form doesnt not work.
