How can I exchange or return an item purchased?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, don’t worry!
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for non-members and 30 days for members, as long as you have the original receipt and the item is in its original condition.
Simply mail it back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest!
How much is delivery?
Our delivery charges vary based on the selected method:
- Standard Shipping: $7 per order. Enjoy free next day delivery for orders above $88. Orders are delivered the next working day.
- Self Collection: Free. You will receive an SMS to collect the parcel within 3 working days once your order is ready for collection at any of our retail stores.
(Mon-Fri) Weekdays:
Check out and pay before 2pm: Delivery will be next working day.
Check out and pay after 2pm: Delivery will be the day after tomorrow.
(Sat) Weekends:
Check out and pay before 10am on Saturday: Delivery will be next Monday.
Check out and pay after 10am on Saturday: Delivery will be next Tuesday.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
While we’d love to accommodate changes, once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it at this time.
