Orders

Can I amend or cancel my order?

While we’d love to accommodate changes, once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it at this time. You can always exchange any unwanted items for something you love or return them for a refund.

Can you resend my order confirmation / tax invoice?

If you need your order confirmation or tax invoice resent, please contact us via support@iuiga.com.

Delivery & Collection

How much is delivery?

Our delivery charges vary based on the selected method:

  • Standard Shipping: $7 per order. Enjoy free next day delivery for orders above $88. Orders are delivered next working day.
  • Self Collection: Free. You will receive an SMS within 3 working days once your order is ready for collection at our retail stores.

(Mon-Fri) Weekdays:

  • Check out and pay before 2pm: Delivery will be next working day.
  • Check out and pay after 2pm: Delivery will be the day after tomorrow.

(Sat) Weekends:

  • Check out and pay before 10am on Saturday: Delivery will be next Monday.
  • Check out and pay after 10am on Saturday: Delivery will be next Tuesday.
How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time under the My Account section. We will update you via email when your order leaves our warehouse.

I did not receive all the items in my order.

Check your email to see whether we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item and the delivery expenses via the same payment used for the purchase.

If you have not received any email, contact us via support@iuiga.com and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

The items I received are incorrect or defective.

If you have received an item which is incorrect or defective, we will refund these items as soon as we receive your returned items at our office and inspect the condition of the items.

To process the return, 

  1. Drop us an email at support@iuiga.com with the subject “Return Request - Your Order Number”, to process your returns/exchanges. Please include your Name, Contact Number and Reasons for Returning in the email. 
  2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review return eligibility.
  3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post to the following address:

We recommend sending the items back to us by registered mail. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

When we receive your parcel, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the item or refund you.

When can I collect my parcel?

We will SMS you within 3 working days to inform you when your parcel is ready for collection at our retail stores. Please do not go down before you receive the SMS. 

1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of your order. 

2. Your order will be packed and picked up from the warehouse. Please note that your order is not ready for collection at this stage.

3. Once your order has arrived in the store of your choice, you will receive an SMS and email notification for collection. 

For orders placed before 2pm, we strive to deliver your order to the selected store by 6pm the next working day (Mon – Fri, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following working day. 

While we strive to meet this timing - unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that it will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our carrier. Under these circumstances, we do not issue any form of compensation, as this is a non-guaranteed service.

How do I collect my parcel in stores?

Please proceed to the cashier counter, or approach any member of our staff for assistance. Do bring along the self-collection email with QR code (printout or digital copy) to collect your order.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

Please collect your orders within 7 days of receiving the SMS and e-mail notification for collection.

What happens if I am unable to collect my parcel?

You may ask someone to collect the parcel on your behalf. They will need to present a copy of the self-collection email with QR code/SMS for the collection. 

If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed. The refund will take up to 14 calendar days to process.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I exchange or return an item purchased?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, don’t worry! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for non-members and 30 days for members, as long as you have the original receipt and the item is in its original condition. 

Online Orders:

Online purchases can only be returned to our Cathay store. Returns to other stores will not be accepted. Simply follow the 3 steps below:

  1. Drop us an email at support@iuiga.com with the subject “Exchange/ Return Request - Your Order Number”, to process your returns/exchanges. Please include your Name, Contact Number and Reasons for Exchanging/ Returning in the email. 
  2. Our friendly Customer Success team will be in touch with you to review Exchange/ Return eligibility.
  3. After we confirm your purchase is valid for return, send the item to us by post to the following address:

Retail Store Orders:

Items bought in stores can only be exchanged and returned to the original store you made the payment in. Please be reminded to fill in the form in store so we do not miss out on any order details. 

What are the conditions for returning an item?

When making exchanges and returns, please ensure your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

  • Within 30 days after delivery 
  • New condition and unused 
  • Original packaging 

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. IUIGA reserves the right to reject any returns if the item does not meet all of the above conditions.

Promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a promo code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.Answer

Which items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable?

Please note that due to final clearance and hygiene concerns, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Kindly ensure that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at a pick up fee.

How soon will I receive my refund?

The refund processing period may vary between 3 to 12 working days from reception of your return at our office. Please note that the refund amount is subject to the conditions of the products.

All returns must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent, the return will be void if we do not receive your parcel within this time frame. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.

As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee ($7)

While some companies include return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way, you’re not paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.

Please also note that vouchers and promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the Final Paid Price (after discount) will be refunded.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

Yes, we do. The coverage period varies by product, and you can find specific details under the “Warranty" section on the product page. The warranty begins from the date you receive your order.

To file a claim, simply reach out to us via support@iuiga.com with photos (or videos, if applicable) showing the issue, along with a detailed description. Our team will respond within 2 business days to assist you through the process and ensure a resolution, regardless of how minor the issue may be.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes we do, you may visit our furniture studio at The Cathay, 2 Handy Rd, #B1-01/02/03/04, Singapore 229233.

We have hand-picked a selection of IUIGA favourites for you to see in the studio. Swing by and receive expert advice and help to order from our friendly in-house interior assistants. 

Where is your furniture from?

IUIGA works directly with the best-in-class factories in Southeast Asia who dedicate themselves to the art of furniture making.

Every piece is made to the highest standards and sold directly to you to eliminate all middlemen in our supply chain. This allows us to maintain a competitive price point while maintaining the highest manufacturing standards to bring you quality furniture at the most transparent prices. 

When will I be able to get the items if I order them?

We are constantly improving our technology to give you the most accurate estimation of how long items take to arrive in our warehouse. You can see this estimated time for every item on iuiga.com, above the Preorder button.

If you need to make sure you can receive the item by a specific date before making a purchase, please do send us an email at support@iuiga.com with the item you would like to buy, and the date you need it by. Our customer success team will see what they can do for you!

Can you hold my order until my house is ready?

Yes, we can hold your order for up to 30 days from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. You can choose any delivery date within the 30 days item is stored in our warehouse, simply email us at support@iuiga.com to schedule a date.

If you need to hold your order for more than 30 days, feel free to email us at support@iuiga.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

Do I need to measure the area I would like to furnish before I place an order?

We recommend you measure the space where you would like to display your furniture and any doorways / elevator it needs to pass to get there. This will ensure that your furniture arrives safely at your home.

Do your products come assembled?

Some of our products are readily assembled while some require assembly. However, you do not need to worry about assembly as we provide white glove delivery for all furniture items where the delivery is done to your doorstep and our friendly delivery team will install and place the items at your preferred position.

How will my order be delivered?

We have established our very own service to ensure your delivery is professionally handled by our in-house logistics team.

Once your order arrives in our warehouse, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery.

What should I expect for my delivery?

Once your order arrives in our warehouse, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. 

Our delivery team performs deliveries to most areas in Singapore from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). The estimated delivery time for your delivery depends on the area that your delivery address is located, and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.

The delivery date/ time slot that you have chosen only serves as an indication of your preferred delivery timing. We strive to keep to your preferred timing, but on rare occasions, the timing may be subjected to change due to scheduling constraints. IUIGA will ensure that the best effort is made to schedule your delivery within your preferred time slot.

Do ensure that the lift(s) in your building are serviceable and provide suitable access to the same level for the delivery of your order items.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

We have a range of lead times, depending on when, what and how many pieces of furniture you are ordering.

We take pride in building a robust shopping system for customers to understand when the items are dispatched from our local warehouse.

Each item comes with its own lead time as they could be in our local/overseas warehouse, in production, or made to order.

How do I track my order?

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for all furniture orders above $88. If you have any further questions around delivery pricing, please contact support@iuiga.com.

What are your delivery time slots like?

We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays except public holidays at the following time slots: 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 6pm.

Can you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

We deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays.

Can I specify a delivery date?

You will be contacted at least one day in advance when your products are ready to be delivered. You can then choose a suitable delivery time slot.

What if I am not available during working hours / during the appointed delivery slot?

If you are not able to be home during the delivery window, you can authorise someone to receive the goods on your behalf. You just need to ensure that the authorised person checks the condition of the delivered item and premises before signing off on the delivery order. 

Should there be any issues, you will need to note down the defect and sign off on the delivery order that will be returned to us followed by sending an email stating the defect to support@iuiga.com. We will not accept any discrepancies reported after the delivery and after the delivery order has been signed.

What happens if the furniture cannot fit into the lift on the day of delivery?

Should such incidents happen, we will assess if the furniture can be carried up via stairs in a non-hazardous manner.

If the process is deemed hazardous, e.g prone to damage on narrow stairway or obstructing passage, IUIGA reserves the right to cancel the delivery and refund your order less 20% processing fee.

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe,  additional charges per item will apply as follows and this amount will be payable directly to the delivery team before they bring the items up.

  • S$10 per item per non lift-accessible storey
  • To be paid directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement
  • Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes

Disclaimer: IUIGA reserves the right to rearrange an alternative delivery date should the predetermined timing not allow for immediate delivery, as there may be other pending deliveries scheduled for that day.

Do you offer disposal service?

Yes, we offer disposal service for like-for-like items (e.g. the disposal of your old TV console when we deliver your new TV console) for a minimal fee.

We require you to first disassemble your old furniture prior to our delivery partners’ arrival. To request for disposal service, please email us at support@iuiga.com at least 3 working days before your confirmed delivery date.

  • Sofa/ Sectional/ Bed Frame: Disposal fee of $50 per item
  • Mattress: Disposal fee of $50 per item
  • Armchair/ Ottoman/ Side Table: Disposal fee of $30 per item
  • Coffee Table/ TV Console/ Bookshelf/ Cabinet/ Console Table/ Mirror: Disposal fee of $30 per item
  • Dining Table/ Dining Bench/ Sideboard/ Highboard: Disposal fee of $30 per item
  • Dining Chairs/ Bar Stools/ Bedside Tables: Disposal fee of $30 per pair
  • Office Table/ Office Chair: Disposal fee of $30 per item

Please ensure that the items meant to be disposed of will fit in the lift / can be dismantled with ease.

Furniture to be disposed must also be free from termites and bed bugs or any other living organisms.

Kindly be informed that we do not dispose of any heavy item above 70kg.

IUIGA reserves the right to reject disposal items upon collection if found unfit to the above conditions.

What if I am not at the delivery address when my order arrives?

If you are not present to receive your scheduled furniture delivery at the time slot stated, our delivery team will return the items to our warehouse.

Our delivery team will reschedule the delivery or process a refund, with a restocking fee of 10% per delivery order for invoices valued below S$500, or S$100 per delivery order for invoices valued above S$500.

Warranty

Do you offer warranty for your products?

How do I claim my warranty?

To file a claim, simply reach out to us via support@iuiga.com with photos (or videos, if applicable) showing the issue, along with a detailed description. Our team will respond within 2 business days to assist you through the process and ensure a resolution, regardless of how minor the issue may be.

If covered:

  • Repair will be done at IUIGA’s expense.
  • If irreparable and in stock, a replacement will be provided.

If not covered, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Electronics Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on all IUIGA electronic products. This covers defects in material and workmanship but excludes minor imperfections, cosmetic damage, or misuse.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to IUIGA's Service Center at 2 Handy Rd, #B1-01/02/03/04, Singapore 229233. The warranty does not extend upon replacement.

Exclusions:

  • Damage from external factors (falls, spills, improper use, power surges, environmental exposure).
  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use with non-IUIGA accessories.
  • Consumables, cosmetic wear and tear, or products listed as "As-Is" or "Clearance."

IUIGA reserves the right to refuse service for obsolete or unserviceable products. Terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Luggage Warranty

All IUIGA luggage comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

Exclusions:

  • Damage from airline handling, drops, or accidents.
  • Wear and tear (scratches, stains, exposure to extreme temperatures).
  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse.

IUIGA reserves the right to change warranty terms without prior notice.

Furniture Warranty

IUIGA provides warranty coverage for furniture items against manufacturing defects under the following terms:

Warranty Period:

Sofas, Armchairs, Beds, Ottomans:

  • Frame Structure: 3-Year Warranty
  • Soft Furnishings (Foam, fibre fillings, feathers, fabric covers, stitching, leather): 1-Year Warranty
  • Other Components (Zips, fasteners, springs, suspension, legs, movable mechanisms): 1-Year Warranty

Mattresses: 10-Year Limited Warranty (Exclusions apply, see below)

All Other Furniture: 1-Year Warranty

Exclusions:

  • Improper Care & Cleaning: Damage from detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
  • Comfort & Subjective Preferences: Issues related to firmness or softness of the mattress.
  • Mattress Fabric: Stains, burns, pilling, or loose covers.
  • New Bed Smell/Odour: Natural off-gassing of materials.
  • Outdoor Use: Unless explicitly stated, using furniture outdoors voids the warranty.
  • Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs: Any alteration or unauthorized repair.
  • AS-IS or Display Items: Warranty does not apply to clearance or display items.

Repairs & Replacements:

  • If covered, IUIGA will cover material components, replacement parts, labor, and transportation.
  • If outside warranty, labor and transportation costs will be borne by the purchaser.

Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

IUIGA reserves the right to update terms without prior notice.

Loyalty Program

How do I join the loyalty program?

All customers are automatically enrolled as Silver members upon signing up. To upgrade to Gold or Platinum, you must meet the minimum accumulated spend requirements within a year.

How do I upgrade my membership tier?
  • Gold: Spend $500 within a year.
  • Platinum: Spend $1000 within a year.

Once the spend requirement is met, your membership tier will be automatically upgraded.

What is the spending period?

Your spending is tracked within 1 year from your membership start date. To maintain your tier, you must meet the required spend within the next membership cycle.

How do I earn points?

For every $1 spent, you earn 1 point.

How can I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points = $1.

Do my points expire?

No, your points will be brought forward as long as your account remains active.

What are my birthday rewards?

During your birthday month, you will enjoy:

  • Silver: 2x points on all transactions and receive a birthday voucher to enjoy 10% off storewide with no minimum spend.
  • Gold: 5x points on all transactions and receive a birthday voucher to enjoy 15% off storewide with no minimum spend.
  • Platinum: 10x points on all transactions and receive a birthday voucher to enjoy 20% off storewide with no minimum spend.

Birthday vouchers are valid only during your birthday month and are non-stackable.

Can I combine my birthday voucher with other promotions?

No, birthday vouchers are non-stackable and cannot be used with other ongoing promotions.

Do I get a welcome voucher or points when I join?

Yes, you will receive a 10% off voucher (min. spend $50) and 300 welcome points when you join as a member.

What happens if I don’t meet the spending requirement in a year?

If you do not meet the minimum accumulated spend, your membership will be downgraded to the tier you qualify for.

How can I check my membership status and points balance?

You can check your membership tier and points balance by logging into your account on our website.

Refer a Friend

IUIGA Referral Program

Once you sign up for an account on IUIGA.com, you will be able to start sending your unique referral link to your friends. 

When your friend signs up for an account via this link, they will be awarded with a $10 discount for their first purchase over $100. Once your friend's purchase is successful, we will then review the transaction for any unusual activities and credit $10 into your account.

Referral Credit

It will take around 2-3 business days for you to receive your referral credits after your friend's successful purchase.

Your referral credits will be reflected in My Wallet as Wallet Credits. Upon check out, click on 'Use Wallet Balance’ to offset your purchase.

Things to Note

The Referred Customer must have a different name, email address, along with different billing and shipping information (including but not limited to name, address, phone numbers, payment method) from the Referrer.

Your friend must sign up via your unique link and not through other means and spend a minimum of $100 on their first purchase to qualify for the $10 discount.

IUIGA will review all referrals at any time and refund any orders that have been placed through incorrect methods or violate the terms and conditions.

The $10 discount won't be applicable for a gift card purchase, and if you choose a gift card for your first purchase, the discount will not be available for the second purchase.

IUIGA may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

Gift Cards

IUIGA Gift Cards

Surprise your loved ones with a gift card to use at IUIGA.com. When you purchase your gift card, you can choose the amount of the voucher: $20, $50, $100, $1000.

We will send an email to the lucky recipient to tell them that they can now treat themselves at IUIGA.com!

Gift card value can be used in multiple transactions and the cash value will be deducted accordingly for every purchase. 

All gift cards are non-refundable. Products purchased using a gift card are not refundable in cash, only in store credit. Other return policies apply.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Have you received a gift card by email? Enjoy your surprise!

Under My Wallet, enter the code we have sent you by email to redeem your gift card. Your gift card value will be reflected as Wallet Credits.  Visit IUIGA.com and add your favourite items to your shopping basket. When confirming your purchase, select ‘Use Wallet Balance’ under Select Payment Method.

If you do not spend the full amount of your gift card, you can use it for your next purchase! The remaining value will be reflected in your Wallet credits. If the order amount is greater than the value of the gift card, simply pay the difference.

Gift card value can be used in multiple transactions and the cash value will be deducted accordingly for every purchase. 

All gift cards are non-refundable. Products purchased using a gift card are not refundable in cash,  only in store credit. Other return policies apply.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

If you want to check your available balance, go to My Wallet. The remaining value of your redeemed gift card will be reflected as Wallet Credits.
