Bad design leading to leakage

Bad design leading to leakage.Will not recommend this tumbler to anymore. It’s a waste of money! Lousy quality, and lousy design. The team at IUIGA IS TERRIBLY BAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE RECOVERY, ESPECIALLY JANICE!!!!!!!!! I know this bloody Stanley tumbler is A FREE GIFT, YOUR TEAM DOES NOT HAVE TO EMPHASISE THIS WHEN I MENTIONED THAT THE TUMBLER LEAKS! I DID NOT ASK FOR AMY REPLACEMENT ANYWAY!I WAS MERELY GIVING YOU AN HONEST FEEDBACK REGARDING THE PRODUCT! I AM NOT A BEGGAR AND I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS FREE GIFT. IT CAME WITH TEH DINING WARE I ORDERED AND I AM SURE YOU HAVE ALREADY FACTORED IN THE COST OF THE TUMBLER IN THE PRICE FOR THE DINING WARE. Wong buy any more things from IUiGA NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS LOUSY COMPANY!

Thank you so much for the free gift! I appreciate the gesture and the thoughtfulness behind it. However, I've found that it's not quite what I'm looking for, as it doesn't fit my personal style/preferences.
