How can I exchange or return an item purchased?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, don’t worry!

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for non-members and 30 days for members, as long as you have the original receipt and the item is in its original condition.

Simply mail it back to us, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How much is delivery?

Our delivery charges vary based on the selected method:

  • Standard Shipping: $7 per order. Enjoy free next day delivery for orders above $88. Orders are delivered the next working day.
  • Self Collection: Free. You will receive an SMS to collect the parcel within 3 working days once your order is ready for collection at any of our retail stores.

(Mon-Fri) Weekdays:

Check out and pay before 2pm: Delivery will be next working day.

Check out and pay after 2pm: Delivery will be the day after tomorrow.

(Sat) Weekends:

Check out and pay before 10am on Saturday: Delivery will be next Monday.

Check out and pay after 10am on Saturday: Delivery will be next Tuesday.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

While we’d love to accommodate changes, once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it at this time.

You can always exchange any unwanted items for something you love or return them for a refund.

It was not under the
T&C that the $100 must be spent at one go. Misleading marketing.

Just money back and not worth the inconvenience - paid $100 and got $100 in credit voucher which has to be fully utilised at a one-time purchase in-store. I wouldn't have to buy $100-worth of products at one go if I hadn't exchange cash for the credit voucher.
The gift of the wok which I didn't need does not justify the inconvenience/pressure I now have to spend the $100 at one go.
Also, no expiry was given for this credit voucher.

The terms and conditions for the utilisation of the Renovation and Hardware credits were not explained during the time of purchase of the gift card. I only found out about the large minimum spend required for each of these credits after I received the email on them 3 days later. Won't be using them.

This was badly managed. Didn’t receive any email so I enquired the staff over Instagram what time it starts and was stated to be 10am. When I reached at 10am the shop wasn’t even open. The shop opened at 10.30am and the staff then informed everyone that the queue collection is at 11.30am. At 11.30am we further had to wait approximately another 30 min for the lion dance to be over. No apologies or compensation were made by the staff on why 10am was communicated. Just a follow up message on Instagram when I was literally already in the queue. Wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing.
